Herbal Blends
Some botanists and naturopaths harvest plants at their peak in spring. I prefer to harvest by following the cycle of nature, giving priority to bees and other wild animals for spring harvest. After pollination, when leaves begin to fall, I create mixtures of local and biological plants each year in autumn. These can be offered to fire, made in tea or steamed for the base chakras.
The cedar mixture is a male tree fused with the artemisia, rosemary and scarlet sage. The birch mixture is a female tree fused with raspberry leaf, mint and rose. Pine and cherry are a mixture of masculine and feminine fused with plantain, calendula and lavender.

Honey of Rose Damascus, Raspberry and Mint
In the mountain ranges of southern France is a small village on top of a mountain peak called Montségur. In October 2025, the first roses of Damascus, raspberries and peppermints were planted in reciprocity with the Earth, animal species and humanity through regenerative arts.
The first two years will be devoted to plant maturation and learning about beekeeping. The third and fourth years will be devoted to the construction of a hive and honeycomb. In 2030, the first honey harvest will be mailed to those who participated in this project. In subsequent years, honey will be available for sale and your contributions will be used to develop this project and other regenerative projects that provide resources to the planet and its species.

Music
Having grown up with a father as a musician, I have been singing and listening to music since I was born. During my years of traveling the world, I developed a capacity to sing divinatory songs. People, places and intentions create these songs. Sometimes you recognize the name of an ancestor, the spirits of a culture, trees or other familiar words. Sometimes words are not understandable and only vibrations and syllables can be felt.
I currently play guitar, shamanic drum and learning to play the 38-string Celtic harp with an album in production.
